About COLORS Yoga for Kids
COLORS is a mobile children’s yoga class that comes to you! At COLORS Yoga for Kids, we understand that childhood is a critical development phase. We are dedicated to providing an enjoyable atmosphere for kids to learn through play, exploring aspects such as self-discovery, self-regulation, creativity, internal peace, empathy, and connection to peers. Your instructor, Miss Emma, is professionally trained, insured, and certified by Yoga Alliance.
Playful classes
Each class contains games, music, visuals, and hands on activities to keep children hooked on learning the basic principles of yoga.
Supplies brought to you
All yoga props, toys, and games will be provided by COLORS, This includes use of our mini-mats. Students are welcome to bring their own yoga mats, however there will always be enough yoga mats brought by COLORS to cover the entire group.
Age-level learning
Our programs are curated for different age groups, so every lesson offers the appropriate level of engagement for your little ones.
Build their self-confidence
Each activity intentionally prompts an opportunity for your child to embrace a new skill. Through a playful yoga practice, your child is more likely to remain engaged, build upon their ability to take on challenges, go after what they want, and succeed.
